About My Reviews Customers or Collectors?
As an artist, it is good to have customers. Right? You can name them as you wish collectors, art patrons, purchasers, clients, or buyers. They still will be your customers.
I’m a lucky creature, and I have to confess that my customers are the best of all! They are very friendly and not short with acknowledgement and praise for my artworks.
After selling more than 300 paintings
...So, you can say, after selling around 300 paintings – most of them to the USA – I am quite used to enthusiastic and admiring customer’s responses. However, the newest sell of my painting and the collector’s response to it overwhelmed me completely.
Here is This Very Special Review:
I am absolutely blown away by your painting – love it!!! The colours, the texture, the shine – all perfect. No idea how you clever artists do it! Thank you so much, and I'm so glad to have an original version :)
Nicola PS: your little card with it is also super, I will keep it behind the painting.”
When you ask me, I am thankful and blown away by this wonderful letter! It was not all, she even was so kind and has written an additional review in the marketplace where I was selling my artworks, which also was fantastic!
“What can I say here? Stunning painting, and Rhia is a special person, fabulous to deal with, and so talented. My new favourite ACEO of all time. Arrived within a day or two of ordering, very well packed and presented. Thank you Rhia, you have made me very happy. 5+++ stars”
I am proud of having such wonderful customer. She made me speechless by receiving this fantastic appreciation, and she definitely made me cheerful. Thank you Nicola.
More Exceptional Appraisals:
The previous review I received some time ago...
Since then, there were many, many nice and positive assessments… but there is one exceptional and very special.
I received it by post!
It was not by an email, it was by a snail mail :-) = Royal Mail! First of all I was kind of shocked. I don’t really remember a letter addressed to me, the address written by hand…(!) My husband was asking, “Is it ticking?”
After opening the letter my joy was endless, infinite, limitless!
thank you for your very prompt dispatch of two wonderful paintings. I am thrilled to have them. I love the vibrant colours, the evocative images and the spirit they emit. ...”
The letter included also an invitation because the customer lives in in a sensational position, a very special place with woodland and wonderful views … I have never used the invitation, but I am proud to have received it.
The letter ends with: “Thank you again – you know your works are highly valued in our home.” Mike, UK
I am very thankful for all of my collectors, but I am immensely thankful for everyone who finds the time to write to me.
Here I have few other voices from my collectors:
THANKFUL AND PROUD FOR ALL COLLECTORS "GREAT AND SMALL"
I am so thankful and proud for all these collectors, for all of them, for these who leave a review and for these who do not. Not everyone does have enough of spare time and the ease for writing a review. I understand it and still, I am so thankful for all of you, for these who like my art, for these who buy my art, for these who write reviews, and for these who do not. All are welcome and all are loved :-)
